About Us
I provide a functional escape, hope, solution, and sign-posting services in the field of depression or manic depression, alcohol, or drug misuse as well as behavioural addictions and relationship reconfiguring. I will virtually "hold your hand" at your darkest places as well as provide online professional guidance for the need you may have. I am flexible in the forms of ways we work together but primarily via telephone. After the initial consultation which is free, we can outline a program of ongoing talking therapy and discuss ways to move forward together.
I trained for 3 years as a life coach from 2012/2015 yet despite attracting a lot of people it did not work out as expected.
